Two men who are accused of attempting to murder and wounding each other were on Friday remanded to prison.
Thirty-six-year-old Chauncey Carlton Bristol, a vendor, of Sparendaam Squatting Area, East Coast Demerara (ECD), and 29-year-old Jevon McPherson, a mason, of 40 Sparendaam, ECD, appeared before Magistrate Alisha George at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Courts.
Bristol was charged with attempting to kill McPherson while McPherson was charged with feloniously wounding Bristol. Both men were not required to plead to the indictable charges and were remanded to prison until January 8, 2022.
