Prominent lawyer Nigel Hughes who is also the Managing Partner of the Hughes, Fields & Stoby Law Firm, on Wednesday, met with Councilors of the Regional Democratic Council (RDC) of Region 10 (Upper Demerara-Berbice) to officially launch his firm in Linden.
The well-known attorney introduced two key members of his team to the gathering, Attorney-At-Law Konyo Sandiford and Investment Specialist Uchenna Gibson. He was keen to point out the wealth of experience the firm brings in providing support and capacity building of the private sector to meet international standards in attracting investment and investors to the region.
Regional Chairman Deron Adams welcomed the team to Linden and welcomed this addition to the business and economic landscape of Region 10. In so doing, Adams encouraged collaboration under the Regional Economic Advancement Partnership (REAP) and in any other sector that would see the advancement of economic development for residents within his constituency.
Hughes assured that his firm is committed to working to build synergies with the local private sector and foreign direct investors and that he will encourage his international clients to invest in Region 10.
