Oneil Benn,18, also known as ‘Hotskull’ of Broad Steet Angoy’s Avenue, New Amsterdam, Berbice, was on Friday remanded to prison for the offence of break and enter with intent to commit a felony.
He appeared before Magistrate Renita Singh at the New Amsterdam Magistrate’s Court.
The accused was arrested on November 09, 2021, and charged with the offence contrary to Section 228 of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act committed on Nadira Boodram.
He was not required to plead to the charge and was remanded to prison until December 10, 2021.
