A horrific accident on Mandela Avenue, Georgetown during the wee hours of this morning has claimed the life of a father of four. Dead is Nigel Cush.
While Police Headquarters is yet to release a statement on the accident, They Break News understands that a truck transporting sand collided with the Toyota Rav4 Cush was driving.
Video surveillance captured the shocking moment that saw the truck run a red light before slamming into Cush’s vehicle. The collision occurred at the junction of Mandela Avenue and Cemetery Road in Georgetown.
Cush, a father of four, died on the spot. The now dead man was the proprietor of the Grill and Jerk Bar on Cummings Street and South Road, Georgetown.
