Two foreign nationals– a Brazilian and a Colombian– were arrested on Sunday after a cocaine-laden CESNA 172 aircraft landed at Mahdia, Region Eight (Potaro-Siparuni).
They Break News understands that the aircraft touched down at about 15:00h without the necessary permits from Guyana’s aviation authority.
Law enforcement officials are in the process of escorting the suspects and narcotics to Georgetown.
