A young lawyer is now dead after she was shot by her boyfriend, who later took his own life.
Dead is Asasha Ramzan, a State Counsel attached to the Attorney General’s Chambers.
The incident took place on Tuesday at Canal Number Two, West Bank Demerara (WBD).
They Break News understands that Peter Charles, a barber, and Ramzan were in a parked vehicle when he shot her and then shot himself.
Ramzan is a recent graduate of the Hugh Wooding Law School (HWLS) in Trinidad and Tobago.
