A 30-year-old man was on Monday busted with some 536 grammes of cannabis in his possession at Kwakwani at around 23:30h.
The Break News understands that Police ranks acting on information, went to the home of a known female in the Kwakwani district and searched her reputed husband.
In his possession, ranks found one small black haversack containing a wrapped transparent parcel that contained leaves, seeds, and stems suspected to be cannabis sativa.
As a result, he was told of the offence and cautioned to which he replied, “boss is me own, ah bring it to do a lil hussle”.
He was arrested and escorted to Kwakwani Police Station where the suspected narcotic was weighed and amounted to 536 grammes.
He was then placed into custody pending charges.
